Business Traveler
Large party going on in several rooms next to us. Had to call front desk 3 times, they said, each time, it would be taken care of. The partiers were all teens or young adults wearing gang type things and we were afraid to even go to the ice machine. The hotel was nice but not wonderful. The staff was not very English friendly. A friend tried to get through to my room and couldn't because the person who answered did not know how to operated the switchboard. The first room was dirty. The hotel gift shop said it was open until 11 pm but closed at 9 pm. The entire hotel just seemed a bit unorganized or slightly ill managed. ...read more

Almost across the street from Love Field airport. Shuttle service was very prompt and easy. Beautiful lounge/lobby area for relaxing. restaurant is attached to hotel so you do not have to go outside to eat. ...read more
